Lawrence is originally from New York and was stationed in Colorado by way of the US Army back in 1987. Upon arriving, Lawrence fell in love with the beauty of the state and has since lived in Colorado for over 34 years. Lawrence’s extended stay was however primarily due to his four beautiful children. He graduated from the Metropolitan State College of Denver with a B.A. in Industrial Design in 1994. He is the Executive Director of Have A Heart Through The Arts and Colorado Collective Home Ownership Initiative, as well as an accomplished Artist.
Lawrence decided to go into the Real Estate profession in 2004. He now has 18 years of experience as a realtor, specializing in Residential Real Estate Sales, REO’s, Foreclosures, HUD Homes, Short Sales, Investment and Commercial Property. Lawrence is also committed to helping Veterans and First Time Home Buyers regardless of where they may be in the home buying process. He currently hangs his real estate license with EXP Realty.

Lawrence’s personal experiences, as a First Time Home Buyer led him to create CCHOI.org
He wanted to establish a platform where low to moderate income families could get assistance with the homebuying process regardless of their financial situation and or credit history.
Lawrence also understands that purchasing and selling a home is an important step in life and feels that it is an honor and a privilege to help individuals and families through this process. Whether he is working with buyers or sellers, he always has his client’s best interest at heart. Keeping this in mind, Lawrence is dedicated to helping his clients reach their goals and to help do this, he firmly believes in continuing education and stays abreast of the climate of the market thereby enabling him to provide accurate information to his clients. Which in turn, helps them make informed decisions since they have realistic expectations when making their decisions in the home buying and selling process.

Lawrence primarily works on a referral basis and understands that “when it comes to buying and selling a home it’s not just about buying or selling Real Estate, it’s about helping people. It’s about helping families.”
